1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

- Customized, special-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or modified containers/boats.
- Products damaged due to improper use, handling, or installation.
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once approved, you are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Upon inspection, we will confirm whether the return is eligible for a refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if processing/shipping has begun.
